ISC SAFETY MEETING

             A Safety Meeting set by the RTCC and ISC Engineers with the ISC Deputy Construction Manager Engr. Patrick Reilly, ISC Safety Manager Engr. Alan Ford and our very own The Best RTCC Project Manager Engr.Thamer Tabeeb with RTCC Safety Manager Venerando Muana, Safety Engr.Reginald Maure, Safety Engr. Alfredo Mendoza. Being and maintaning the number one (1) spot of Safety Matters of all the other Station such as Riyadh, Majmaa, Qassim, Hail and Qurayyat, Al Jouf Station is the number one (1) in ranking and it has a Huge Responsibility to our Boss Engr.Thamer but with his own skills and attitude and support towards things in Safety Matters its just a daily habit to him as he kept doing since he start at his career in Construction Environment.

ISC MANAGER'S AND RTCC MANAGER'S WALK THROUGH AT SITE

           RTCC Project Manager Engr. Thamer Tabeeb, RTCC Safety Manager Engr.Venerando Muana together with ISC Deputy Construction Manager Engr. Patrick Reilly, ISC Safety Manager Engr. Alan Ford, ISC Superintendent Engr. Christos Pateromichelakis walk through at the site to visit and check what is being presented on the Safety Meeting with regards to the Quality and Safety of work and workers.And as you can see they are happy seeing what a beautiful and safe Al Jouf Station was and we will never be consistent being the number 1 spot to all station without the effort,talent,support,attitude of our RTCC-PM  Engr. Thamer Tabeeb without him as our head we will not gonna achieved what he have right now being the BEST and SAFEST STATION as ISC Safety Manager Alan Ford and quote;

          Last visit, I stated I was running out of superlatives! I can never run out as you are the best Project Manager I have ever met & I have met about 4 excellent ones in my time! I wish nothing but success for you & hope you are rewarded for the work at Al-Jouf.

As Pat Reilly stated today at the meeting. He would put Al - Jouf up against any site in the world! I second that!

I am going to shout from the roof tops how good you are! (Even going to submit to IOSH a synopsis of what you have achieved).

You Lead from the Front & I adore that (The Best always do!).

The Safety Guy's from both ISC & RTCC have contributed as have the team as a whole. Pat Reilly has been outstanding! I am sure you will agree.

However experience has taught & shown me that you can only achieve excellence on sites. If the person in charge at the site, whether it be a Project Director or Project Manager is also excellent!

You are excellent! I referred to you as the Jose Mourinho of project Managers! In fact you are better!

You have enhanced people to reach great potential. Utilised & re-used waste material to great effect & care about your site, your people & your company.

Time is the greatest commodity & you use it wisely, well & respect the time of others.
